You are welcome to use these materials to begin a draft of your birth plan or you can wait until our phone or in-person meeting to make decisions. I highly recommend at least making notes and knowing your preferences or what you need more information about before meeting.

The consultation is about 2 hours and is by appointment ONLY. In-person consultations are available in middle Tennessee at this time. Consultations can be held in our office or your home. Phone consultations will be broken into two - one hour sessions by appointment.

Your 9 Months & Beyond birth plan consultation with a birth plan guide, comprehensive list of resources, access to the pregnancy, childbirth, breastfeeding and parenting library and a two hour consultation is $75.

If you desire to hire a 9 Months & Beyond, LLC labor doula, the cost of the birth plan consultation may be put towards your doula services fee and counts as one of your prenatal visits.
